  • Exporting boards as images or data files

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Does not contain illegal or harmful material
  • Does not include malware or malicious code
  • Complies with applicable laws

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload content that infringes copyrights or trademarks

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Sharing and Public Boards

When you make a board public or share it via link, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share all content in that board. Public boards may be indexed by search engines.

7. Service Intellectual Property

The service itself, including its design, code, features, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Error-free operation
  • That data will never be lost

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service with reasonable notice when possible. Please keep backups of important content.

9. Plans and Pricing

The service offers a free plan with core features. Premium plans may be introduced in the future with additional features and higher limits. Pricing and features may change with advance notice.

10. Data Collection and Analytics

We collect usage metadata to improve the service, monitor costs, and enforce plan limits:

  • Storage usage - File sizes and counts per board to enforce storage limits
  • AI service usage - Request counts, token usage, and response times (no prompt content is stored)

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for content uploaded by users
  • You use the service at your own risk

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Data and Backups

While we implement security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of important content. We recommend regularly exporting your boards.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service ends immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
  • Certain provisions (liability, indemnification) survive termination

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
